Where Chance OS comes from

Chance Air-Cond Sales & Service (CASS) started in October 2018. It sells and services air-conditioning. Its technicians work in squads.

In 2023 CASS began running each squad as its own unit, with its own P&L: the revenue it brought in, the costs it used, and what was left.

By 2024 every squad ran this way, and each squad's result was shared with the people in it.

In 2025 CASS started building this way of running as software. That software is Chance OS.

Chance OS was built inside CASS, an air-conditioning contractor in Malaysia, by the person running it. CASS runs on it every working day.

CASS runs its P&L in Chance OS. Seven months finalised to date; July 2026 was the first closed as a live month-end.^** CASS production, checked 27 Sep 2026. January–June 2026 were back-filled on 4 Sep 2026. One company; not a customer result. No profit pool has been paid out.

Chance OS makes no AI claims.

Chance OS records money. It does not move it. Invoices, payroll and payments stay in your accounting system and your bank.
