Dispatch Center

Problem

The job is agreed on the phone, passed along on WhatsApp, and by lunchtime nobody is sure who is going.

Principle

Type the job once — it's on your technician's phone, photo-gated on site, and in your billing queue when the work's done.

Who uses it

The office assigns work across every squad. A squad leader can dispatch only within their own.

Workflow

The Chance OS loopJob → Dispatch Center → Technician Portal → Revenue Recorded → P&L → Profit Pool → Job1Job2DispatchCenter3TechnicianPortal4RevenueRecorded5P&L6ProfitPool

Product

Squads are named your way — any single letter.

Outcome

Once dispatched, the office sees who holds each job and which jobs are still unassigned.

What it doesn't do yet

Chance OS does not plan routes or pick the technician. Your office decides who goes where.

A job's status is what your team records. It is not live tracking.

Maintenance visits are not scheduled automatically. Your office slots each one.
